- Choose from over 400 predefined exercises or create your own
- Live Activities integration to track workouts from the Lock Screen
- Create custom routines and programs with support for supersets and RPE based on RIR
- Record weightlifting (reps and sets) and cardio exercises (time and/or distance)
- Sync with the Health app to save workout data
- Begin workouts instantly without the need to pre-create a routine
- Set rest timers between sets and receive notifications when time is up
- Add notes and images to exercises
- Choose to create an account or use the app anonymously
- Select your preferred 1RM algorithm
- View statistics with graphs and tables of completed exercises
- Data is automatically saved, ensuring you never lose progress even in case of a battery failure during a workout
- Export workouts to Excel
- Access a calendar displaying completed workouts for easy review
- Support for both metric and imperial systems available
